1. made a vcard generate functionality, and showed links to provide vcard download for every single patient inside the search result page.

1. larger image file can be upload to the server. (16MB limit)

2. server will do a image shrinking functionality, image size will be resize to A4 size.

3. added print image function to the patient record.

4. fixed some minor bugs.

1. patients record details page now displays only 5 records at a time, add page sequence buttons include"first page, prev-page, next page, last page";

2. some minor bugs have got fixed

1. added a actionlink to the birthday alert page on each patients name;

2. added a actionlink to the patients searching results page for each patients name and also for uploading new document link on each searched record.

1. fixed the birthday alert bug, which was after close the alert, the flag would not reset to default condition, so the birthday alert wouldn't popup the next year.
